The Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center is a Virginia’s only domestic abuse shelter and resource center with guaranteed service in both Spanish and English. This infographic publication shows how the LIVE Center helps Spanish-speakers in Virginia with limited English proficiency who are the victims of domestic violence. The graphs and background designs were made with cut pieces of origami paper.





Schlafwandlerland is a booklet chronicling the nostalgia I have for my childhood in 1970s central Germany that didn’t actually happen. As an American child, my German grandparents and great-grandmother had these books and games and paintings that I developed an idealized version of where they came from based on them. Whether or not these things were technically German, this is the Grimm-esque black-and-white boardgame I imagined it to be.
